Albums by Magic Strawberry Sound stimulate the desire to listen to music with fresh artwork that reflects the individuality of the musicians. Dahye Jeong is the creative mind behind the captivating album artworks for Silica Gel, Baek Yerin, and 10cm at Magic Strawberry Sound. Moving between various genres such as photography, graphic design, and illustration, Dahye Jeong’s journey as a designer suggests a broad understanding of the visual arts. In the OS Seminar of April 2024, we will discuss album artwork design while listening to music from musicians who have collaborated with Dahye Jeong.

Dahye Jeong (@jongdare) is active as a photographer in the project group Filed (@filed.kr) and has worked as a graphic designer at Magic Strawberry Sound. She playfully explores the diverse possibilities of images using photography and has participated in exhibitions such as Typojanchi 2021: International Typography Biennale (2021), Art Street (2020), and Filed SS 2020 (2019).
